To enhance the effectiveness of our university’s quality assurance system and support continuous improvement efforts with data-driven approaches, the 2025 Satisfaction Survey has been launched. Coordinated by the Gazi University Quality Commission, the study began on June 4, 2025, and consists of three separate surveys aimed at different target groups:

• Student Satisfaction Survey
• Academic Staff Satisfaction Survey 
• Administrative Staff Satisfaction Survey 

Participation in the surveys is available through the Gazi University Survey Management System at: https://anket.gazi.edu.tr

Survey results will be reported on a unit basis and will directly contribute to strategic planning and quality improvement activities. Units that do not meet the minimum number of participants specified in the Implementation Guidelines will not receive survey reports. Therefore, high participation is of great importance.

Data from the Administrative Staff Satisfaction Survey will be evaluated university-wide without requiring statistical significance.

The valuable opinions and suggestions of our stakeholders will make a significant contribution to the quality improvement processes of our faculty and university. We thank all students and staff in advance for their participation and wish for the successful completion of the process.
