Gazi University "Most Successful Doctoral Thesis Awards" were awarded at a ceremony. "The Most Successful Doctoral Thesis Award Ceremony for 97 Years", organized by Gazi University Research and Development Institution Coordination Office, was held with the participation of the President of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK), Prof Dr Erol Özvar. At this award ceremony, the doctoral thesis titled "Development of Decision Support System for Skin Cancer Diagnosis with Image Processing and Deep Learning Methods" prepared by Dr Cihan Akyel, carried out at the Informatics Institute under the supervision of our Faculty Member Prof Dr Nursal Arıcı, won the second prize. We congratulate her and her student and wish them continued success.
